Our warehouse is fully equipped to receive, handle and store both palletised and non-palletised goods, with custom & secure storage options depending on your needs.

Everything we store is kept in a clean, dry and secure area monitored by CCTV.  We provide dispatch from individual specialist handling pick and pack, to large scale palletised orders.

From new goods arriving with us, through storage to dispatch, our computer system keeps an accurate, up to date inventory. Stock is available to sell as soon as it is checked in by our staff, and you always know what is on hand, making over or under stocking a thing of the past.

Software integration

Our software integrates with all leading shopping platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Linnworks and many more. We also support eBay and Amazon, meaning all your orders can seamlessly transfer into our system for same day picking and despatch.

Using the system

We work with you to set up products, streamline SKUs and ensure your inventory management is as efficient as possible. Once integrated, we are ready to receive your stock.

Purchase orders, goods in and warehousing

Purchase orders from client suppliers can be sent to us and logged on our system in preparation for arrival of goods, ensuring full discrepancy checks can be applied on receipt. The delivery can then be booked in for us to receive.

Handled with care

We pride ourselves on the care we take when receiving and processing your products. Deliveries received at our warehouse are checked for any damage, counted and scanned into our system for accuracy of stock levels. The system automatically flags any discrepancies between the delivery and the purchase order which is reported back to the client.

Product tracker

Our system logs each item in the delivery and tracks its location throughout the warehouse – so you can always see exactly where your products are, whether they are in storage, or being picked and packed.

Security

Our warehouse is monitored by 24/7 CCTV both inside and out. The team clocks in and out with face capture, much to their delight, and all product handling is recorded and auditable.

Pick, pack, despatch

All orders imported to our system by 4pm are picked, packed and despatched the same day. All products are coded with SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and the system tracks each item location, enabling products to be scanned and tracked throughout each step of the process. This ensures accuracy and real time stock reporting.

Product bundles

Sometimes your business changes tack, and whether that’s for a new market strategy, seasonal trend or change in the wind, we can help. If you’d like to offer bespoke bundles of products, or rework the packages you have, you don’t need to sort this yourself. We curate and compile to your plan, creating bundles that you’d like to offer your customers.

Despatch

Once packed, goods are securely stored ready for collection by one of our trusted courier partners. Dispatch and tracking information automatically feeds back to your product store, so you can see exactly where everything is.

Inspection

All returns are fully inspected, and any damage, faults or customer comments are reported back to you. Items that can be resold are immediately returned to stock. Any faulty or damaged items are photographed, quarantined and held pending decision from you. We offer cleaning, repackaging and relabelling services to get your products ready and perfect for the next customer.

Instant stock

Our technology enables us to book in deliveries quickly and efficiently through the scanning of barcodes on the product which instantly updates stock levels on our system. This synchronises with the client store ensuring the product is available for sale as soon as it has been scanned in.

Safe, suitable storage

Deliveries are received and stored in line with the type and demand for the product. Smaller, fast moving lines will be moved to pick face so they can be processed as soon as they are required.

Bespoke storage

Pick face storage is adaptable and product dependant as we have a range of pick face types to suit all shapes and sizes of product. It is arranged to ensure the products are stored safely, securely, and to allow optimum picking strategy. We dedicate reserved spaces for your stock to ensure our service to you is as efficient as possible.

First in, first out

Our system tracks batch IDs and serial numbers ensuring older stock is processed before new by employing a FIFO (first in first out) policy. This means you don’t have to worry about accidentally selling an outdated or expired product.

Picking process

Products are scanned again at the pack desk and visually checked. Our expert packing team ensures each product is appropriately and carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. All pack desks are monitored so in the highly unlikely event of a discrepancy we can review footage.

Packing delight

We delight in the careful packaging up of valuable items for your customers, just as customers enjoy the unpacking when items safely arrive at their door.

Returns

Not what any of us would want, but sometimes your customer needs to return an item. We make sure returns are seamlessly processed using the same tracking code system, so the customer is refunded, and stock is back for sale as quickly as possible. Our system logs RMA so we know when a return is coming back and can raise a tracking query if it doesn’t arrive.

Barcodes

If your product does not have barcodes or you need assistance with streamlining deliveries from your suppliers, we can help make this process more efficient, which in turn will reduce the time and cost involved in booking in stock from deliveries. We can apply barcodes and repackage or rework stock from deliveries.

Bulk storage

Bulk, wholesale or slower moving items will be stored securely on our racking until they are needed. Bulk products are stored on racking in our clean, dry and secure storage area. Each bulk pallet location is unique and has all the products within it tracked on our system so even if they are high up out the way you always know where they are.

Systematic technology

Our technology enables a streamlined product replenishment from bulk to pickable with live reporting of product lines that are running low. Periodic stock checks are conducted throughout the warehouse on both the bulk and pick face stock to maintain accuracy, and ensure stock is being stored and rotated in the most efficient way.

Sustainability

We work with you to select the most efficient, appropriate, sustainable and cost saving packaging options to suit your brand. With the help of our clients, we champion recycled and recyclable packaging materials.

Bespoke packaging

We provide bespoke packaging options such as the addition of promotional materials, brand awareness, and specific packaging processes on a client by client basis. We continually review and update packaging options we can offer to ensure end to end customer satisfaction for your customers.

Shipping

We work closely with you to ensure the shipping method is the most relevant for your brand. Once the shipping method is agreed, our system automatically selects the relevant courier for each order.

Processing

Returns are processed within 24 hours of arriving back at our warehouse. The return notification, including reasons for return and options for replacements, refunds etc is sent to you as soon as the return is processed.
