Bulk pallet storage and handling
Ibex Fulfilment has in excess of 1,250 pallet spaces available for bulk storage requirements across both Plymouth and Wellington sites. All packages are tailored to suit client requirements. We offer tailored packages from as little as £2.50 per week, dependant on volume and length of time required. Receipt, handling and despatch is priced dependant on requirements from £3.00 per pallet.
Container unloading (Devanning) and palletising
Ibex offers a complete service for the receipt, unload and palletising of goods straight from shipping containers. Once palletised we can store, ship to a destination of your choice or manage into our fulfilment centre.
Fulfilment services
We focus on your individual fulfilment requirements to provide a streamlined warehousing service, fit for you and your customers. We record stock, store items securely, assemble boxed items, receive customer orders, pick and pack, label and ship.
E-commerce customer services
At Ibex, fulfilment means partnering our clients to meet every aspect of the order process. We treat the client’s product as our own, and manage all aspects of the customer experience from dispatch to customer returns, including customer service.
